Corrections and complaints
If you spot a factual error or an out-of-date piece of information, email [email protected] with the URL and the specific claim you dispute. Our correction policy is:
- We acknowledge receipt within one working day.
- We investigate and respond within five working days.
- Confirmed factual errors are corrected in-place with a dated correction note appended to the article.
- Substantive corrections are also flagged on the homepage for 48 hours.
Press and licensing
Journalists may quote up to 250 words from any article with a credit link. Longer reproductions require written permission. Photograph and illustration licensing is handled on a case-by-case basis – write to [email protected].
Operator outreach
We accept factual submissions from casino operators (updated bonus terms, licensing changes, payment additions) but we do not run press releases as editorial content. Operator submissions should go to [email protected] with the subject line prefixed "OPERATOR:" – they are reviewed but do not guarantee coverage.
Response times
Editorial team hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 UK time. We do not staff email over the weekend or on UK bank holidays. During peak news weeks response times may slip to seven working days; if you have not heard back after ten, resend the message.
